The reception is open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

CHECK-IN: 2pm - 8pm
Your room is ready for check-in starting from 2.00 p.m.

IMPORTANT: In case your arrival (check-in) and/or your departure (check-out) are outside the given hours, please let us know in advance. This will allow you to get all the information you may need.

CHECK-OUT: 8am - 10am
At your departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 a.m. Depending on availability, we gladly offer a "late check-out" for an extra fee that depends on the room category.

PENALITY FOR TRANSFER

The account will be settled at the Hotel.

Free cancellation is possible 7 days before arrival;

From 7 to 4 days before arrival it will be charged the sum of 1 night;

From 3 to 0 days before arrival it will charged  the sum of 2 nights;

No show the whole stay will be charged. In case of anticipated departures the whole stay will be charged
